The journey begins in London, where a welcome dinner gathers the group for the first evening together. The following morning, a chauffeur brings you to the private terminal, and the jet lifts off across the Irish Sea. Within little more than an hour, you touch down in Killarney, where Ireland reveals itself with green hills, glassy lakes, and the charm of a carriage ride through its national park. Evenings unfold with fine dining, where local flavours are paired with the company of fellow travellers.

Dublin greets you with history and rhythm — a private walking tour through Georgian squares and medieval streets, time to discover the literary and cultural heritage that has shaped the city, and a dinner arranged in one of its hidden landmarks.

From Ireland the jet continues north to Inverness, gateway to the Highlands. Here two nights allow time for deeper encounters: a Land Rover drive into the glens, a falconry experience where ancient traditions come alive, and moments of quiet by the waters of Loch Ness. Whether exploring castles or tracing stories of clans and landscapes, the Highlands offer both grandeur and intimacy.

The journey concludes in Edinburgh, where medieval alleys meet Georgian avenues. A guided exploration of the city brings its layered history into focus before an evening of whisky tasting offers a fitting toast to the days shared.

  • How do I book a journey with ABATON?
    Each journey with ABATON begins with a personal inquiry. Once submitted, you will receive detailed information along with a booking form (PDF or online). A 30% deposit is required upon booking. This amount is non-refundable under any circumstance. Your booking becomes binding once the minimum number of participants is reached, or no later than 90 days before departure. We advise waiting for official confirmation before making additional travel arrangements.
  • What is included in the cost of the journey?
    The price covers: All private jet flights (start and return at designated base airport) Luxury ground transportation 4- and 5-star accommodations Daily breakfast, selected lunches, and dinners All curated experiences and tours as outlined Personal journey host and full travel coordination Taxes, handling fees, and service charges Excluded: personal expenses (e.g., minibar, room service, additional drinks), optional excursions beyond the program, and insurance.
  • How do I pay for my journey?
    30% deposit at time of booking (non-refundable) Final payment due 60 days before departure You will receive an invoice with payment details and a secured booking confirmation in accordance with legal travel protection requirements. You can choose between the following payment methods: Bank transfer to the account provided on your invoice Or via a secure payment link (credit card or Apple Pay, powered by a trusted provider)
  • Is my payment safe and protected?
    Yes. ABATON Jet Journeys GmbH is a registered and licensed travel operator based in Germany and fulfills all legal requirements for European tour operators. This includes: A statutory insolvency protection scheme as required under EU Package Travel Directive A secured customer funds insurance policy (Insolvenzversicherung) to ensure that any payments made by travelers are protected The issuance of a Sicherungsschein (travel security certificate) with every booking, as legally mandated Your funds are protected – and your trust is our highest priority.
  • What are the baggage limits?
    Each guest may bring: 1 checked bag (max. 20 kg) 1 personal item or small carry-on (max. 5 kg) Due to space restrictions and multi-stop nature of the journey, efficient packing is essential. Additional luggage must be requested in advance and may incur extra charges.
  • What are the visa and entry requirements for the destinations?
    Each traveler is responsible for ensuring compliance with passport validity, visa, and entry requirements for all countries visited. We will inform you of required documents, but cannot handle visa applications on your behalf.
  • Do I need travel insurance?
    Yes. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance, as well as international health coverage. We are happy to suggest trusted partners.
  • Who are ABATON journeys suitable for?
    Our journeys are ideal for adventurous travelers who seek unique and luxurious experiences. If you're someone who enjoys exploring new cultures, discovering extraordinary regions, and participating in exclusive activities, ABATON is the right choice for you. Please note that these journeys are not suitable for individuals who suffer from severe claustrophobia, or those who are prone to motion sickness. If you have any special health considerations or mobility limitations, please let us know before booking.
  • How safe are the ABATON flights, and what about the pilots?
    Yes. We only partner with certified private jet operators and experienced flight crews. All aircraft meet the highest safety and maintenance standards in the industry. Your wellbeing, discretion, and comfort are our priorities.
  • Can I cancel my booking, and what are the cancellation fees?
    Yes, cancellation is possible at any time. The following fees apply: Up to 120 days before departure: 30% of the total price 119 to 90 days before departure: 35% of the total price 89 to 60 days before departure: 55 % of the total price 59 to 30 days before departure: 80 % of the total price Less than 29 days before departure: 100% of the total price
  • What happens if the minimum number of participants is not reached?
    If the minimum number is not met, ABATON reserves the right to cancel the journey. In this case, all payments will be refunded in full. You will receive a final booking confirmation once the journey is secured – no later than 90 days before departure. Please wait for the official confirmation of your booking before making any other arrangements.
  • What should I know about health requirements for my journey?
    Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility restrictions prior to booking. Due to the nature of some activities and locations, our journeys may not be fully accessible for all individuals. We will do our best to advise accordingly.If you have mobility challenges or suffer from claustrophobia or motion sickness, please let us know, as these journeys might not be suitable for you. We want to ensure that every traveler can enjoy the experience safely and comfortably.
  • Is there an exclusive client area?
    Yes. Upon booking, guests receive access to the ABATON Member Portal – a secure space to manage documents, connect with fellow travelers, and preview upcoming experiences.
