Day 1: Hamburg – Welcome to the North
Your journey begins in Hamburg. After your individual arrival, you’ll be welcomed at a stylish boutique hotel in the city with a festive Welcome Dinner to meet your fellow travelers and your journey host. Settle in, enjoy fine cuisine, and get ready for the northern skies.
Day 2: Stavanger – Fjord & Coastal Discovery
In the morning, we board our private jet for a smooth flight to Stavanger, Norway’s coastal gem. From there, embark on a private RIB safari through the dramatic Lysefjord, passing towering cliffs and cascading waterfalls. In the afternoon, visit the quaint old town of Stavanger and enjoy fresh seafood at a harborside dinner.
Day 3: Trondheim – Culture & Countryside
Next, fly to Trondheim, a charming city surrounded by nature. Begin with a guided tour through the historical center and the majestic Nidaros Cathedral. Day 4: Tromsø – Arctic Exploration
Arrive in Tromsø, the “Gateway to the Arctic.” You head out for an unforgettable whale watching expedition aboard a luxury catamaran. In the afternoon, unwind in a Sami-inspired spa and later, enjoy a traditional Arctic tasting menu under the Northern Lights.
Day 5-6: Rovaniemi – Lapland Wilderness
Continue east into Finland and touch down in Rovaniemi, the capital of Finnish Lapland. Venture out on a thrilling husky sledding safari across snow-dusted forests. In the evening, warm up with a private smoke sauna experience and a dinner of wild ingredients in a rustic-luxe wilderness lodge.
Day 7: Helsinki – Nordic Elegance & Design

How do I book a journey with ABATON?Each journey with ABATON begins with a personal inquiry. Once submitted, you will receive detailed information along with a booking form (PDF or online). A 30% deposit is required upon booking. This amount is non-refundable under any circumstance. Your booking becomes binding once the minimum number of participants is reached, or no later than 90 days before departure. We advise waiting for official confirmation before making additional travel arrangements.

Is my payment safe and protected?Yes. ABATON Jet Journeys GmbH is a registered and licensed travel operator based in Germany and fulfills all legal requirements for European tour operators. This includes: A statutory insolvency protection scheme as required under EU Package Travel Directive A secured customer funds insurance policy (Insolvenzversicherung) to ensure that any payments made by travelers are protected The issuance of a Sicherungsschein (travel security certificate) with every booking, as legally mandated Your funds are protected – and your trust is our highest priority.

What are the baggage limits?Each guest may bring: 1 checked bag (max. 20 kg) 1 personal item or small carry-on (max. 5 kg) Due to space restrictions and multi-stop nature of the journey, efficient packing is essential. Additional luggage must be requested in advance and may incur extra charges.

What are the visa and entry requirements for the destinations?Each traveler is responsible for ensuring compliance with passport validity, visa, and entry requirements for all countries visited. We will inform you of required documents, but cannot handle visa applications on your behalf.

What happens if the minimum number of participants is not reached?If the minimum number is not met, ABATON reserves the right to cancel the journey. In this case, all payments will be refunded in full. You will receive a final booking confirmation once the journey is secured – no later than 90 days before departure.
